Meet Sam Harrison: Service, Integrity, and Community First

For Sam Harrison, public service is not just a title—it is a lifelong commitment. From serving his country in the U.S. Army to building successful businesses right here in Arizona, Sam has spent decades protecting communities, enforcing compliance, and giving back.

Now, he is ready to bring that lifetime of experience to work for you as your Mohave County Cerbat Precinct Constable.

A Lifetime of Service

Sam’s dedication to public safety and community well-being began early.

  • U.S. Army Veteran: Sam served honorably from 1984 to 1990, learning the core values of discipline, integrity, and duty.
  • First Responder: As a former volunteer firefighter and Emergency Medical Technician (EMT), Sam has been on the front lines, answering the call to help neighbors in their most vulnerable moments.

Proven Legal & Civil Experience

A constable’s primary duty is executing civil process safely, lawfully, and professionally. Sam has the exact hands-on background needed for this role:

  • Civil Process & Enforcement: Sam has real-world experience serving civil process and executing asset repossessions, meaning he already understands the complexities of the legal system and how to handle sensitive situations with professionalism.
  • Regulatory Compliance: As the owner of 2AR Patriots, LLC, a Type 07 FFL/SOT firearms manufacturer and retailer, Sam maintains strict compliance with rigorous federal, state, and local regulations every single day.
  • Trained & Responsible: Sam is a proud Arizona Concealed Weapons Permit (CWP) holder, dedicated to upholding the law and protecting constitutional rights.

A Local Business Owner & Leader

Sam is deeply rooted in our local economy and community fabric. As the co-owner and partner of Mohave Mist & Spa since 2011, he knows what it takes to build a budget, manage resources, and serve the public with excellence.

His leadership extends far beyond his businesses. Sam has consistently stepped up to guide and improve the communities he lives in, previously serving as:

  • Vice President of the Willow Creek Ranch Property Owners Association
  • Vice President of his local Main Street organization
  • Board Member for Go Lake Havasu
  • Board Member for the Western Arizona Humane Society
